The next DFWSEM Association meeting will be held on Monday, July 16, at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, Texas. Our featured speakers will be Katie Donovan of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), and Jay Donovan (no relation) of Google.

Jay Donovan will talk about Google’s latest news on Google, Audio, Google Print, and Google TV ads, and Katie Donovan will discuss SEMPO’s new educational certification for search engine marketers, and also provide separate presentation on “Hiring Search Engine Marketers”, showcasing best practices on what to look for in SEO and SEM candidates for small businesses, corporations, and agencies.

Admission if free for members, and $20 for non-members.

The next DFWSEM networking meeting will be held at the Renaissance in Richardson in the Take 5 Lounge (casual setting, no speakers at this meeting). All DFWSEM Association members and non-members are invited to attend, and there are no admission charges for this event. This is a great opportunity to network with SEM professionals in the DFW area, and also talk shop about the latest happenings in the search space. Once again, all members and non-members are invited, including, agencies, in-house, independents, or people new to search engine marketing who would like to learn more.
